Kyle spent 15 years as a cybersecurity-trained technology advisor, helping businesses choose and run the systems they depend on: contact centers, business phones, cloud computing, security, and internet. He grew that work into a seven-figure technology business, so he knows what happens to a company when calls drop, systems don't talk to each other, or nobody can see where leads are going.

He learned the contractor side at home. In 2003 his father started a landscaping business, and Kyle ran the entire marketing operation: the website, the phones, the follow-up, the reviews. That company grew to 46 employees and $8M a year. Contractor Systems is the playbook from that business, built on the technology Kyle has installed for everyone else.

Joe has built and run seven-figure landscaping businesses himself. He's been the owner on the jobsite with a phone ringing in his pocket and a quote he never got back to, so every part of Contractor Systems has to pass one test: does it work for someone who's out on a job all day?

His marketing started in the family shop. His parents ran a machine shop in the Northeast for years, and Joe has handled their marketing since 2010, keeping a traditional trade business visible and its phone ringing through more than a decade of changes in how customers find a company. He brings that owner's eye to every system we build.
